About Base64 +
Base64 + is an awesome tool to base64 encode and decode a file. Just choose a file and then you will get the base64 string and put it back to a file with the decode function.
PS:When you decode a file, please add the file extension. For example, if you decode a png file, please name it "xxx.png" when you saving it.
